I booked Umrah package for myself and parents with Al Rehman Tours from UK and Alhamdulillah the experience was great. Sarfaraz bhai and Noorain were very patient, helpful and responsive in providing a custom itinerary for us (from London to Jeddah, transit to Makkah and Madinah and return via Dammam) and arranging all our visas, tickets, hotels, ziyarat, and currency exchange. As promised, both the hotels in Makkah and Madinah were very close to Haramain - just 2 mins walk and the food was also very good to the liking of my ammi abbu. Hotel staff in Makkah and Madinah were very kind to us and even arranged the permits to visit Riyazul Jannah. One minor nitpick would be hotel room in Makkah was a bit small, but the location and proximity to Al Haram more than made up for it. All in all, a very positive and memorable experience! Jzk.
Assalam Walaikum,I would like to thank Sarfaraz Bhai of Al Rehman Tours and Travels for Umrah package from Mumbai.We are satisfied with the service provided in Makkah and Madina. As mentioned Hotels were close to Haram Sharif in Makkah (10 mins walking - Wahet Deafah) and in Madinah (3 to 4 mins walking - Arjwan Al Saada).Alhumdulillah food was also good at both the places.Only one challenge we faced in Makkah was about waiting for lift and I guess because of crowd for Umrah in the month of Rajab.Rest everything was good.Thank you once again Sarfaraz Bhai.Allah bless you :)Jazak Allahu Khairan.
I booked UMRAH package from SARFARAZ Bhai of AL REHMAN TOURS & TRAVELS MUMBRA. I went for UMRAH with my family (4 members of family). On15th May 2023.We are very happy that we got all of the facilities that SARFARAZ BHAI told us in the package. Hotel in Makkah Mukarramah was very close to Haram Sharif and the one in Madinah Munawwara was also in front of Masjid e Nabwi sas. the hotel was just opposite to gate No. 365. Good breakfast and meals were served in both the hotels. We completed our Umrah and Ziyarat very well. Many thanks to SARFARAZ BHAI of Al Rehman tours & travels Mumbra.
